Bogusław Wieczorek – attorney-at-law in Gdańsk, Poland
For over 16 years I have advised businesses as a Polish attorney-at-law (radca prawny). I specialise in real estate and intellectual property law: I register and protect trademarks and industrial designs before the Polish Patent Office and EUIPO, draft and negotiate commercial leases, handle Swiss franc mortgage disputes and advise on technology law. I have around 15 years of experience in commercial real estate.
I combine legal practice with experience in business, public relations and public affairs, so I look at a matter the way a business owner does – not only through the lens of the law.
